They have taken the Old World ways of cooking and collided it with the New World ways to create unique and amazing dishes & cocktails. Their menu will feature many signature items at all times based upon seasonality. In addition, this gives the ability to highlight dishes on a frequent rotating basis.

*Their menu changes seasonally, and most of their produce is sourced from local farms here in Nevada.
*My favorites include the wagyu dumplings, oxtail hummus, hamachi kama, and their braised short rib.
*At the bar, some of the drink options might seem too unique but don’t be afraid to try them; the bartenders are engaging and will describe all the fresh ingredients and reasons behind their combination of spirits and mixers.
*Great for all ages; perfect for couples, small groups, and stopping by for a drink at their bar.
