Momofuku
The menu draws influence from all over the world, including the United States, Korea and Japan. It features steamed buns, noodles, meat, and seafood meant for sharing. There are also various plays on classic dishes, daily specials, and Momofuku's legendary fried chicken and caviar.

*I recommend dining at the bar for lunch or dinner.
*They do take dining reservations in the main dining room. Many restaurants in Las Vegas do not take reservations for 1 guest.
*The menu often changes so it's a great place to visit time and time again.
*If you are going for a business dinner, they offer large format plates. The roast duck is a MUST order menu item!
*Go earlier in the evening for a business dinner as it is a little quieter.
*Desserts can be ordered from Milkbar when dining here!
Ride share or walking is recommended.
