*This restaurant is inviting, with a phenomenal view of the Strip. You get to enjoy a great view and some fantastic Japanese cuisine.
* I recommend the pork belly fried rice, the Chilean sea bass, yellowtail sashimi, and the Kobe beef that you get to cook on a mini Japanese Bincho Charcoal grill. Always ask for their daily specials as well, they offer some really great dishes. Their Omakase offering is extremely reasonable for a restaurant on the Strip.
* For signature sushi rolls you must try the Crunchy Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll and their Toro & Jalapeno.
* A Japanese beer like Sapporo or Asahi is light and refreshing and compliments all of these dishes nicely. They also offer a premium sake flight that you can have with your appetizers.
* End your meal with their mochi ice cream and raspberry New York cheesecake with cotton candy flambé.
* I suggest making a reservation ahead of time for this restaurant.
