My reservation is not listed in my account. Why?

Our system captures most reservations made directly on our partner hotel sites. If you booked over the phone or via any other method besides the website, please forward your confirmation email to Rewards@theguestbook.com. We will track the reservation and issue rewards within 7 business days, after your stay completes and as long as the stay meets our eligibility criteria.
