What if I try to redeem Cash Forward in the same destination where it was earned?

Cash Forward can not be used at the hotel where it was earned. If you earned rewards at multiple hotels, then only those rewards earned in destinations that meet the distance criteria will be eligible for redemption. The Cash Forward value that does not qualify will remain for a future Cash Forward redemption.

Any stays that do not meet the requirements will not be converted, and The Guestbook will not be held liable for any cancellation/modification fees or difference in rates.
